Meeting you was a good thing that happened,

My friendship skills you helped me sharpen,

No One Knows Tomorrow!

Just this morning, I woke up to the news of a young lady's death. An artiste with the Kennis Music Record Label and a source of inspiration to youths. It's still shocking, but then God gives and he alone takes away. Nobody knows HIS reasons. No one knows what she could have been going through if she didn't pass on. Who knows if the LORD took her just to save her from something worse. I'm sure if money could buy

life, lots of people would pay without a second thought. Only few would see death as I see it. I believe passing on is God's way of keeping his own. When one's time is up, there's nothing, absolutely nothing ANYONE born of a woman can do. GOLDIE, Oluwabimpe Susan Harvey, the first of four and a native of Ekiti, has obviously reached that point in her life. She won awards, and put smiles on many faces. A real Icon in the fight against the violence females face. She may be gone, but she lives on in our hearts. May God give her family and friends the strength to deal with this loss. RI.P Goldie.

MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICES.

We all have to choose at one point or the other if we'll achieve greatness or not.I may be a bit young,but i've seen and heard enough to decide not to be a failure.Not to look down on myself
and not to rely solely on others because i know what i'm destined for and its nothing short of greatness.

Everyone should put in an effort to make a choice.Not just any choice but the right one. Its one thing to know the truth
but another to actually put it to good use.
We've all got dreams and aspirations. Dreams to reach out to the world,dreams to be successful,dreams to be at the
top,dreams to be a positive point of reference. But all these are just dreams until the right steps are taken,until the right choices are made.

Trials,travails,stumbling blocks,ocean's waves are all along that path to greatness and achievement. But patience,wisdom, and determination,coupled with the
right choices will get one there.

Think on these,and make the right choices today.

Who Tells More Lies? By Chiazor Belinda O.

As a young adolescent female, I have come across all manner of male folk. Those who swear without you they won't breathe for long and those who literally go to ridiculous lengths to prove their worth to you.

Undoubtedly, we women have it easier when it comes to sexuality, we get what we want just by making use of our feminine wiles. Simply put, just by being a female, men would find you irresistible, but of course it helps to be easy on the eyes. But that is by the way; my focus today is with lying. 

Between men and women I wonder who tells more lies? of course I may be biased and say men lie more by virtue of being a woman, but then I can't be blamed; for as I pointed out earlier, I have come across different kinds of men who have applied different tactics, some to score and some out of the genuine intention of dating me but the problem lies in separating the wolves from the sheep. Who is being sincere and who is trying to take advantage?

Let me shift my focus to the women before the men reading this accuse me of being unfair. I am not judging any particular sex, I am writing this out of sheer curiosity, something I haven't been able to figure out myself. Women are good at getting what they want, we have the power of persuasion and many a great decision have been made not by the men but by the women at their side. We get what we want with our feminine sexuality and are excused when men say 'leave her, after all she's a woman'. This may sound chauvinistic in a sense but who is complaining when we are excused because we are termed as the weaker sex? Weaker or not you are allowed to have your way most of the time. Who is really weak in the end?

I do not want to gloat or flaunt the power our sexuality affords us to ye men folk. I simply wonder who tells more lies. Men say things like ' No, you do not look fat in that dress' . No I am not out drinking and watching footie with my friends'. Yes, you are still as skinny as when we first started dating'. These are lies that are induced by the need for self preservation. So lies like this can be excused right? These are lies we try to convince ourselves are told not to inflict injury on the ego or on the person's self esteem. But in the end, a lie is a still a lie. 

Women on the other hand would tell lies like 'Yes, you are a champion in bed (even when the sex sucks)'. 'Yes, your beer tummy is sexy'. 'No, the hair on your head isn't starting to thin'. Both sexes also lie about being in love.

In summary, it is never okay to lie and people just assume a lie would be much easier to deal with than the truth; therefore a lie should be told instead. Whatever the case and as much as we all know lying is a sin we are human and we make mistakes. 

Nevertheless this is not about the moral justification or condemnation of telling a lie, and it is not a battle of the sexes. This is an inquiry or a question I am putting out there. So my good people, in all fairness and sincerity, who tells more lies, Men or Women?

FASHION STALKERS (Amebo Edition)

Yeah, we are the Fashion stalkers (fireworks) but you can call us “Amebo Central” and today we have decided to play around and just discuss about our lil girl gone far… we mean no harm, just looking out for our future Celebs who we do not want to see walk down the red carpet of shame… She was the sweet Hannah Montana back then now she’s the “not so tamed” Miley… Her new haircut makes her look like Justin Bieber if you look closely enough; it suits her somehow…

Our darling Issy B spotted her a while back… we just chatted like old women who do not mind their business (just kidding). Our gist was so intense that we totally forgot to criticize her outfit…

Before we proceed to the amebo we were doing, I wanna introduce you guys to “Belissima” she’s new on the team and trust me she’s funny but on the shy side (evil grin)… Issy B is busy serving her nation same with Denike, do not worry they will be back as soon as possible… 

Today, our amebo is strictly between me (Miss D), Belissima and Gothichenri… but first let us take a look at our grown “Miley Cyrus’… that baby of yesterday is now err you tell us (wink)…

Na lie… whites are too expressive… not like blacks… blacks can keep things inside for Africa… that’s why we are always suffering and smiling… whites are too expressive
